Today is my first day in Arizona. I made it safely and beautifully in the rain. I love the rain . Its beautiful, I love the grey skies. I know many see rain as sad and droopy. But I always pictured rain drops falling as cleansing , and the washing away of impurities and worries. Such as the term , dancing in the rain. There is something about it that is refreshing , so to be in Arizona, the hot state and be able to feel the cool and the rain is a blessing and it is beautiful.
The hymn I wrote this morning does not talk about rain but it talks about the Lord and living for Him and when we come to Him just like the rain He falls on us , His love, His peace, His joy , His mercy it all falls on us. And if we are daily standing before Him underneath His rain fall we begin to drip, and that is why I wrote dripping with mercy. Because we are in need of Gods mercy. Falling over us and dripping off of us onto others.

What are you in need of ?Mercy ,love, peace, joy , wisdom, understanding ….? I pray whatever it is you come before God and let it fall on you and drip off of you into others in Jesus name amen !
