For the season I thank you
Whether good or bad
I thank you
Though it’s lost what we had
I thank you
Though walking away it cost , alot
I thank you
For every part you had to play
In the adventure I call my life
Because whatever you did
Big or small, bad or good intentions
Didn’t block me from my purpose
It helped me to grow
So thank you
It doesn’t mean I’m letting you back in
Doesn’t mean we can start again
Doesn’t mean you will have access to my ears
Or keys to my heart
It simply just means thank you
For who you are
Thank you , for who you have been
And thank God
That inspite of who you were
And who I was
He still loves us
He still has plans for us
So though I won’t judge you
Won’t shame you , won’t hate you
I also won’t claim you , walk with you , or hang with you
Because my road is narrow
Very thin and straight
And if you’re mind don’t match mine
If our spirits don’t agree
If are purposes aren’t aligned then , there is no spot next to me
Maybe we’ll meet again
Or maybe we won’t
That’s up to God
For , He designed the road
