I may not get it when I want it
But you answer me every time
It be a no when I want yes sometimes
But you answer me every time
I may take it as a now
When you say it’s a yes
But a yes in the future not at the very moment b
But you answer me every time
And I praise you God for every answer
I praise you for every ear you lend to hear my plea
Every time you take the time
To sit with me
Because I know I ask for things
I don’t really need
I know if I read your word more
I wouldn’t really have to ask for much
Because according to your word
You will always provide
You don’t withhold from me any necessities
You are more than willing to shower down blessings on me
Your grace is sufficient
And you are more than enough
Than anything I could ask for
Or want
