Today was a great day for writing. I had a breakthrough for my book(s). I also had some really yummy sushi !
All I can say is if you ask you will receive , it’s not just a fancy quote it’s actually a scripture too (Mathew 7:7). And it’s so true , when you’re heart is the right place and your mind is set on good things you will be able to receive wisdom from the Lord that was me this morning , open and honest with the Lord , asking for direction , no matter where it led me as long as it was where He wanted me to be. Gratefully and humbly He directed me , it was not what I expected or planned but it was a vision/mission and I was willing .
With that God also gave me the zeal and desire to accomplish the assignment (s) He had just given me all I had to do was ask. Beloved don’t be afraid to ask for direction from the Lord. And don’t be afraid or too prideful to ask for desire , passion, joy , peace , wisdom , understanding , or even a broken heart . Wisdom I have heard as a writer is that , those who have gone through pain and brokenness often make the best writers. Most singer songwriters will tell you that their hit singles we’re based off of heartbreak . And I believe that too be true , but I also believe a true writer can imagine that heart break , can picture the pain without even having to got through it and create a piece of art that moves the writer. Experience , yes can motivate and push , and propel you . But desire , for your craft , passion , dedication , zealousness and faithfullness for your craft , talent or gift that is that will make master pieces not just a master piece ! I pray all artists will challenge themselves and create art that is outside if their norm, outside of the box that moves people , encourages people and convicts people in Jesus name ! Amen. ❤️
