God’s plans for our lives are exciting . Don’t get me wrong they are often scary , thrilling , nerve racking , hard to do, different out of the ordinary , and just plane uncomfortable.
But when you get past those initial feelings when you begin to see things as God sees, love people as He does , and have an eternal mentality . This adventure with God gets exciting.
I was once a planner ,( I still try sometimes ). I planned everything of every day , budge here budget there , I tried to have plan ABC AND Z and God wrecked my world two years ago when He brought me to Uganda , a place I call my second home a place I am humbled and grateful to return to on May 17th .
And God showed me no matter how much I plan no matter how perfectly . I can’t think how He thinks and , He will always out think me , out plan me , out surprise me and out love me.
And at first I couldn’t understand it . I didn’t get it. I didn’t want it now I love it now I get excited to see what He does for me. But the first step was giving it all away all my heart and trusting Him completely.
When I quit my job and began a life faithfully chasing Him with full time ministry. He hasn’t called everyone to this life but prayer is whatever He has called you to you faithfully pursue it.
What has God called you to ?
God’s plans are perfect there is no plan B. So are you living plan A for your life or are you playing it safe ?a passionately purposeful life does not need a back plan beloved .
I pray you pray for courage and strength and bravery and wisdom and discernment to come to you , so that you can live that perfect plan that God has for you .
The plan will include fire it will include clouds and rain and storms and hills and valleys but all these things will make up the perfect recipe for an exciting adventure with God , each trial will build your endurance and each triumph will encourage and strengthen you and glorify our God so beloved , take the step today on the road of faithfully living for the Lord in Jesus name amen.
