He is He is He is
I am not perfect
I have my moments
But He is He is He is
And my emotions I can’t hide them
Though I try I don’t always do my best
But He does He does He does
And sometimes I get angry
Sometimes I am lazy
Forgiving ain’t easy but for him
It is It is it is
And some things I say
Could have been better said
But He is always full of kindness
Even His wrath is good
And something’s I do
Could have been better done
But His ways are always true
His acts are done with love
And each day I pray
For a heart such as His
Every day I hope
I can love as He did
Each night I repent
As I lay down my head
And praise Him in advance
For any chance
To walk in faith again
And though I have joy though I have peace
Though I know I got everything that I need
I’m not perfect , I am not perfect
But
He is He is He is
And I if I possess an ounce of who He is
And am His reflection
Full of His goodness
Then in part and when pressed
I too must be
Perfect
