My love for you is simple
It’s pure and it’s true
It’s the love that forgives
And forgets what you do
My love for you is strong
It’s last through seasons and storms
It won’t wash away with the tear drops that fall
Because my love for you
Is not depending on my like for you
It doesn’t depend on my feelings for you
It doesn’t depend on for me what you do
I love according to the word
I don’t love according to the world
I love you like I love my God
With all my heart
And that won’t stop
So no matter where you choose to run
No matter what damage you’ve done
You can’t outrun my love
And though we may change our positions
We may not have the same seasons
God may move us for no reason
My Love for you will remain
It doesn’t matter where you go
It doesn’t matter what youve done
It doesn’t matter what you say my love
Like God’s love remains
Even if you don’t believe it
God will see it
In my heart
Each time
I pray
