I Challenge you ! ( Got Prayer) â™¥

Challenges , challenges , challenges. What would like be without them. As I am coming into my last month before I return to Uganda and will have many fundraisers and much preparation to do. I woke up yesterday with a sore throat and a stuffy nose and absolutely no energy .

Today wasn’t much different. But still a girls got to do what a girls go to do. I am packing in all of my vitamin C , praying to the most high, and I know I will be fine by tomorrow night so I can cook scones and brownies and cupcakes galore. Because this Saturday sisters in Christ will be gathering to love not just on each other , but on the sisters in Uganda. Those who are coming to this Ladies Tea in the Park, have donated funds that we be given to the women in Uganda,  the women in Uganda will then use the funds to help those in need in the village around them. And that is the circle of Love.

That I am humbled and so grateful  to God that He allows me to be a part of this circle of love.

And so here I am posting a blog super early , because tonight will be a night of prayer. Everyday we should pray without ceasing , every day we should pray fervently , but sometimes, in this busy world. It is necessary to set aside time and stand firm in faith and pray , once a month my bestie and I have started to implement this into our lives, we were inspired two years ago when we were in Uganda at Gods embassy and  they had an all night prayer . It was one of the best nights and experiences of my life.

To see people in complete and total worship , I had never seen worship like that before. Men utterly on their knees in repentance , we saw many being freed from emotional, physical and spiritual chains and we too were freed. I didn’t return home the same lady I was when I left. I returned home for the better. I was grateful for what I had, compared to what they didn’t. But I also wanted what they had , though a challenging life it was simple, there were some things that clearly had to come through prayer, fasting and obedience to God through faith, in America there are so many distractions and worldly options. Our so called free country , when I returned made me feel confined. My cubical at work became a prison cell. I wanted to live the life God had for me at any price.

And  God when I returned told me to focus on one thing . PRAYER .

And so for the last two years I have been focused on prayer, and strengthened my fasting and I know I have so much more to learn. But now I am so much more willing to learn it. Prayer is necessary for any ministry , any calling , any assignment , any purpose. Many have no peace, no joy , no fruit from their labor. No stable relationships. If your prayer life is not diligent, fervent and present. Then you are not making room in your life for such things, Prayer is our connection with the Lord, it is how we release those things in us that are hindering us , stressing us , making us anxious. NO! we cant let go of certain things, but when we pray, fervently , earnestly with a broken righteous heart, God will give us His strength , will give us courage , will give us bravery to endure and grow from our challenges.

My prayer is that you beloved , pray tonight with me spiritually , fervently , with reverence and fear for the Lord, with faith, with a broken and willing heart wanting to hear from our God. Wanting Him to make Himself home in  your heart. Let us pray for each other and with each other. I will be up from 9pm to 12pm praying  tonight , I challenge you and pray you will do the same , even if its just 10 minutes of that time , up to the whole 3 hours let us love on each other through prayer let us pray over our families, our work place, our ministry , the entire body of Christ. Pray for those to be saved, pray for those to stay saved. And pray for ourselves, that we continued to be emptied of all things not of God daily and be filled with His hope His fruits of the spirit daily in Jesus name.
