I led
You on admit
I am shy
When I’m nervous
I am kind
You don’t deserve it
Youve been a jerk
And I know it
But I liked it
When you were soft on me
Knowing you’re not soft in easily
And I said the things
That sounded right
I pressed the buttons
To prove I was right
There’s good in you
Even if it’s deep
There’s light in you
Though darkness too I see
It’s a war
And it’s raging
But you can win it
If you join God’s team
The battles you have lost
They will all feel like wins in the end
If you have Jesus as your very best friend
Yeah so I admit
I said what I said for a reason
And though friends
We will always be
Because we were chosen
For separate destinies
