When times are hard
I look up
When times get rough
I pray up
When times get tough
I word up
When times get dark
I light up
In times of hate
I love up
When blessings come my way
I thank up
In valleys or on mountains
I praise up
Whether on my knees
Or on my feet
Or in my bed
I raise all the glory
My Father to you
And
All the honor , Dominion
To my savior Jesus , to God is due
So when times are hard
I’m a bit confused
And when times are clear
But I need bravery to make it through
I turn to you
I lift it up to you
Every burden every blessing
To you
And let your light surround me
And establish the work of my hands
Guiding my steps
And perfecting my plans 💙
