You are my refuge
My hiding place

It is your salvation that keeps me satisfied
Not the church meetings
Not the ministry meetings
Not the Christian section in the Barnes and nobles
Not the new Lecrae CD
not the leadership roles
Not the latest God’s not Dead movie
Yes SOME of those things bring a smile to me
But it is your love that satisfies me
It is your word that satisfies me
It is your commandments your laws your statutes
Even your convictions
Your comfort
Your light
Your whispers in the still of the night
Your reflection in your beloveds smile
That brings Satisfaction to a storming heart like mine
That brings joy to a fighting spirit like mine
That brings peace to a cloudy mind like mine
Under the shadow of the mighty
Is where I choose to be
