I won’t be chasing after you
Walking after you
Crawling after you
In fact I’ll open the door
Hand you back your bag of lies
With a smile
And look you in the eye
Wishing and praying for you to have the best in life
But just know when you go
Don’t turn back
I won’t be waiting here
I’m not like that
I move forward
Up and up and up
Chasing after my God
Walking after my God
Crawling after my God
The same God
You choose and refuse
To run after too
So I’m a let you go
In that direction
And I won’t regret
