It was our time
But it’s not our season
It didn’t work
But God has His reasons

I will always love you
I mean it
When it came to us two
I put my all in it
I wouldn’t trade these days
It was nothing but grace
But not all good things last forever
This right here is one of em

The season has changed
Yes
We tried , no human could love me better
But your position remains

I know God has His reasons
And I trust Him in all seasons

But you can’t change your ways
I won’t fight it
I’ma girl who would die for this word
And your man whos got a foot in this world

But today is not That day
