Beloveds, a few things were on my heart and mind and spirit this morning I couldn’t sleep so I am writing them out, let those that have ears hear and those that have eyes see and those that have hearts understand .

That loving our children is not just about giving them what you never had , or everything you ever had (for some) but showing them the path so they don’t have to do some of things you have done . They can be better , do better ,be wiser , more resilient. Giving them room to grow and fall , but helping them up when you can and showing them where to get strength and hope (the Lord). Helping to build their self confidence and assurance in the Lord , and their gifts and abilities so they know their purpose , they dont have to wait until their 18 to start figuring out who they are , God already molded them and fearfully and wonderfully created them , in His timing (which may be before 18) He will reveal their purpose and talents and assignments. The real riches you can give your kids isn’t monetary it isn’t gold or rubies or iPads or a savings account , it is WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, the fruits of the spirit. PEACE,HOPE , AND ULTIMATELY LOVE /CHARITY.
At the end of the day they will make their own decisions even before 18, but give them their options , trust me the world won’t hesitate to
The bible makes that real clear , if you want scriptures message me I would love to share them with you , or you can search the word yourself and you will find plenty of scriptures on how to properly love your children. And these scriptures are not just for parents , or grandparents but for everyone in the village raising the children . We all have an influence in one way or another on the children.
But be aware too , when people say children are our future , that is somewhat true and somewhat not , don’t forget about those in their late teens and twenties that will make it to the future before the children do. If we don’t support them and still train and teach and love on them and hold them accountability , there won’t be anything left for these young children to inherit . No one can predict the future , but I pray you will do your best to plant seeds and love on someone today and remember , Love doesn’t stop with the children but it does start with them, especially the ones who are orphaned, children in age and spirit.

The bible says , it is the Father’s will we visit the orphans , the widows, those sick and in prison beloved. I pray whatever part of the body God has placed you on , to be a source of His light and love for those who need it may you find that place and be bright and brave and bold in it .
Remembering that love is more than hugs , it is more than smiles, it is more than provision of necessities , it is training and teaching and accountability/ discipline .

But it does start with a hug a smile , and often times providing a need, in love and with joy peace in Jesus name amen. 💙
