While many in the world see today as a National Day of Prayer . I encourage the Saints, to see every day as the national day of prayer.
There are so many awesome truths about prayer in the Bible , and I encourage you to read them and be inspired but I’ve listed just a few below , to encourage you as they have encouraged me.
Prayer is a privilege as

Proverbs 15:29 says , that the Lord is far from the wicked but He hears the prayers of the righteous and the pure. It is an honor to come into the ear or the Lord and have Him not just hear us but answer our prayers , may you cherish this time and moments you have with Him. And know not everyone gets the opportunity .

It also says in 1 Thessalonians 5: 16,17,18 “That we are to pray without ceasing”. It says that it is the will of God to give thanks and pray and rejoice. There are many ways to pray (on our knees, in our beds, together or as individuals, hands folded, hands up in the air , eyes closed , or eyes up towards the Lord. In your cubicles the bathroom stalls etc.) As you go about your day may your thoughts become prayers .

In Colossians 4:2
It says “Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;” Prayer and praise Go hand in hand as well. I encourage you to intentionally give God praise during your time you set aside for prayer. 💜

Isaiah 55:6 says “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near”.
A reminder no second , nor minute , nor hour , nor day is guaranteed. I pray that we pray fervently and consistently and encourage others to do the same , if we are breathing we have something to pray for , whether it be praise or repentance , or we just want to communicate with the Almighty 💛 And for those who are Lukewarm or Unsaved reading this I pray you have the desire and courage to pray to the Lord with a pure and righteous heart and receive first salvation and many other blessings you will have underneath the covering of the Lord including peace and joy .
