Lord
I pray
You give me your wisdom today
I am in need
Of your understanding
I don’t want to rely on my reasoning
I don’t want to rely on the knowledge of this world
That will only lead me to the second death
I want to rely on the knowledge of your word because
I know success is in obedience
To your laws and commandments
I know victory is in your Son
I know peace can only be given through Christ ,
And that no treasure in this world
Can compare to Eternal Life
With you
So please
I pray
You give me your wisdom today
I don’t want to rely on my own reasoning
I submit humbly to you
And pray for your understanding
Trusting you
With all the strength and might
Within me
Faithfully
Cheerfully
And worth a smile 🖤
