DEVOTIONAL POEM 9/1/2022 Proverbs 1:7 KJV — The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. Fear Is the begining of knowledge But fools hate wisdom and instruction Which one are we ? The beginner Fearing the Lord Terribly And reverently Or the fool Walking not by faith But what we see Not seeking accountability Not using grace For a chance to repent But a pass to sin free Do we think of the commandments And are glad Or do we think of the Laws And get mad Do we aim for perfection Or do we settle for ignorance All of these questions Are of course Redundant For a person seeking knowledge But not repentance For if not reconcilation What is knowledge without fear ? Without the knowledge of the law What is the definition of sin ? Do we truly care ? For Fear Is the begining of knowledge But fools hate wisdom and instruction Which one are we ?
