Exodus 20:8 KJV — Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Every day all day
I have peace
In every way
Joy
Without delay
But there’s something
About the Sabbath day
A day
Where I can lay upon
My heart in the hands of the Lord
And not be tied
To responsibilities of this world
Because I put Him first
I put His Son first
His holy spirit I trust
To teach me laws and commandments
I hang them around my neck
They go with me in every
Thought
Every decision
They guide my wants
My needs
They set boundaries for me
They calm the inner me
And shine through and on me
I am so grateful for truth
I am grateful for grace
Though it took time
I found my rest
on this day
Though
Every day all day
I have peace

Joy

About the Sabbath day
I wouldn’t change this day
This law
For anything
I wouldn’t trade it
Sets us apart (from the world)
Keeps us a part of (of the body)
Thankful for the Sabbath Day
And I will do my best to keep it
