Most times I wake up
And I think to myself
I don’t deserve this life
The people by my side
The protection of The Most High
This peace
This light
But it doesn’t hinder me
To know this truth and still believe
Because I want to earn it
This life I have
I want to deserve it
And with Christ with in
Walk in purpose
Faithfully service
Working on my temperance
And lusts
Submitting to The Most High is a must
So I can fall asleep in peace
And wake up with joy
And humility
Knowing
I don’t deserve this life
The people by my side
The protection of The Most High
This peace
This light
But it doesn’t hinder me
To know this truth and still believe
Because I want to earn it
This life I have
I want to deserve it
And with Christ with in
I get one more step closer
To being redeemed
Sanctified
And
Forgiven
As I seek redemption
Reconciliation
Through repentance
The first step
Is knowing
This life
This grace
This faith
To be saved
I don’t deserve it
