There is a war inside my mind
a battle I have tried to fight
On my own
There is a war within my flesh.
who doesn’t like where l am
where I have come

To you to abide and confide in you, Oh Father in heaven. I can’t do ,this alone with my own strength, I will surely lose, so l come to you to abide in you, confide in you and YOUR SON, Christ, in the light

For at times I do what I hate
what I know to be wrong
and what I love, is so hard, to do. your commandments
Can be so hard to do
IF I TRY to do them without you,
so I come , to you

For in Christ we find life, in the light If we adide BUT IN SIN, we have death, and will perish with The darkness.

There is a war inside of me a battle with my flesh for at times I to what I hate but Knowing it is wrong.

Is a WIN, ON ITS OWN
And what I love is hard to do.
If I do it without you, but with youRl and your Son,
The Yoke is light, if I abide with you Most High and Christ
