Father in heaven 

I pray 

Each day 

You build me up 

With your 

Wisdom 

And knowledge

So that I may be prudent 

For before I take action 

I reflect on your precepts 

And pray for guidance 

And direction

So that my decisions can 

Be righteous

And be not be overtaken by foolishness 

And that I may not fall 

Into temptation 

But trust you by faith 

For the way it was escape 

That is why I choose to daily pray
