Oh Father in heaven 

Let this prayer 

Me your invitation

Into my heart 

And upon my spirit 

I invite 

Your correction 

I will not forsake your way 

I love your reproof

I am grateful for your grace 

And all that you give 

Though I don’t deserve it 

The chance to repent 

And eternally live 

I’ll take it humbly 

And each day 

Oh Father in heaven 

Let this prayer

Your correction 

For to me it is not grievous

It is light 

For I carry it with the 

Strength from Christ
