Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.

Despise your word
I could never
I would never
Oh Holy Father
At the least I pray
And humbly with my
Heart strongly
Purpose
To never 
I would never
For I
Find delight
In your commandments
And in your laws
I find my light
I look forward to the reward
That we get
If we fear the commandments
Of The Most High
For my past , I deserve death
I deserve destruction
So any ounce of mercy
Any drop of grace
Is more than I deserve
In this walk of faith
So how could I
Your word (Christ) despise
For it is the very thing
Keeping me alive
And my fear of you
Though terribly
My greatest fear
Is disappointing
You my King ,
For you to look down
And be unpleased
Oh for me to hear
Those words
I fear
Depart from me
Worker of iniquity
Oh Most High
My faithful king
Despise your word

You not being near
So your word
I will never despise
But always be eager to hear
And receive my delight
In the very word (Christ)
Keeping me alive
Faithfully
