Proverbs 23 Meditation & Poem 💕

Proverbs 23:17 KJV — Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of The Most High God all the day long.💙

I will not envy the sinners

No matter how much they glitter

For I know the true winner

Is Gold

And through fire glitter may fall

But purified is gold

So I will stay in the fear of The Most High God

All the day long

For that is the only way to shine bright like Christ

Gold through fire

purified

Let us apply our hearts unto instruction

Our ears to the words of knowledge

Let us desire to obtain wisdom

And find joy in prudence

Let us seek the kingdom and righteousness first

Stay true to our word

Even if we hurt

For we know the true treasures

Are not burried in sand

Or held with our hands

But kept locked in our hearts

And burried deep within our souls

For we know

That everything that glitters

Is not gold

But the treasure in heaven

Never loses it’s shine

There is always light

So let us choose eternal treasures

These are my prayers

That we delight

In the laws and commandments

And store them up

And never sell them

And not envy the sinners
