Proverbs 25:28 KJV —
He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.💙


Strong
And tall
Let my walls
Stand
Let no one in
Not devil
Or man
Let there be no triggers
No hidden switch
With discipline
And righteousness
May I rule my spirit
With mercy
And compassion
Humility and love
Knowing Father in heaven
you don’t
Owe me anything
And I’m nothing but dung
If I don’t shine
Bright like your Son
And delight in your law
If I don’t find joy
Doing your commands
Why do them at all
For you can see my heart
And the enemy can to
He will search for any hole
To wiggle through
And make it his home
And make me feel I am strong
But really I’ll weak
Because In trials and tribulations
I will fall like the city
Broken down
And without walls
So daily I must  build up on your word
And stay strong
And tall
Let my walls
