Proverbs 31:8-9 KJV — Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.💙

Most High God 

Father in heaven 

In your precepts 

You tell us 

That when we are persecuted 

Our mouths should be muted 

Let you  fight are battles 

While we endure the persecution 

But open thy mouth 

For the ones who  can not speak 

Open thy mouth 

And plead the cause 

For the poor and the needy 

This is how we are  instructed 

And imagine 

If we all did this 

If we all fought against injustice 

And preferred one another 

Wanted the best for one another 

It would make it so much easier 

To endure this pain 

We all suffer 

To endure the trials 

And tribulations 

We are under 

If we could trust one another 

To look out for one another 

But let us not forget our brother 

Our savior 

Our redeemer Christ 

Who never sinned 

Never lied 

And still , held his lips tight 

And didn’t fight 

When he was persecuted 

And eventually executed 

Because the people 

Who could have helped him 

Stayed silent 

Though it was The Most Highs will

That was done , 

And the poor will always be among us 

We can still do our best 

To not let that poor be 

Among us ….

Personally 

And do good to all we see 

And open thy mouth 

For the ones who  can not speak 

Open thy mouth 

And plead the cause 

For the poor and the needy 

This is how we are  instructed
