Exodus 20:8 KJV — Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.💕

It’s a new day 

A new sabbath 

A new season 

I pray for a new heart 

A new mind 

A new spirit 

I pray to honor my past 

But move forward and be glad 

Be grateful for what I have 

And desire no more than what I have 

As I reflect 

On life before 

And give all thanks 

To The Most High God 

For the last season came 

With heartbreak

Lessons learned 

Decisions made 

Some new faces 

Some walked away 

But 

You my God 

You still remained 

And for that I 

Give you All the praise 

As I lift my hands 

And heart to say 

It’s a new day 

A new sabbath 

A new season 

I pray for a new heart 

A new mind 

A new spirit 

To walk with 

Fervent 

Discipline 

Diligence 

And devotion 

To you  Father in heaven 

Please establish my steps 

And I will follow you 

Overcoming 

Fear by fear 

Trial by trial

Temptation  by temptation 

With 

Precept by precept 

Prayer by prayer 

Faithfully
