Ecclesiasticus 18:12
[12]He saw and perceived their end to be evil; therefore he multiplied his compassion.

Oh Father in heaven
I want to be like you
I want to be like this
To see the evil in the people I see
And show them mercy
And multiply my compassion
In hopes that they may see the light
Through this action
Safety and grace is up to you
But I should give to them
What I want from you
Your thoughts are  above my thoughts
For your ways are above my ways
There is nothing
Done to me ,
No amount of pain
That you didn’t see ,
And thought me going  through it
Would be best for me
So let me trust you
Let me trust your heart
Especially because I can not
See your works
But still I follow your commands
Even though dirty I have been
Even though defensive I have been
Showing lack of temperance
Long-suffering with no patience
I come to you my God
Knowing you’re the only one
That can reprove me
Nurture me
Teach me
And bring me back again
For you are the Great Shepherd
Guiding us to the heavens
Those who diligently seek
Your judgements
And receive your your discipline
For this is  me ,
I do this cheerfully
I need your correction
To keep me in Humility
To not offend willingly
But consider what is before me
To determine to sin no more
With intent
But to walk in righteousness
With this drop of time
I have left ,
And that the only way to do that
Is to be like your Son
To walk in the truth
To be like you,
I want to be like this
To see the evil in the people I see
And show them mercy
And multiply my compassion
In hopes that they may see the light
Through this action
For this world is dark
Full of wickedness
And foolishness
This I know from first hand experience
And so I hate the sin in me
It is a foul stench and disgusting
I delight in your laws
I taste the sweetness of your precepts
And with full intention
Seek to serve you , now
And in the kingdom of heaven
Oh Father in heaven ,
I thank you for multiplying
Your compassion towards me
Please multiply your compassion
In me
So I can pour it out on everyone I see
Faithfully
