Psalms 5:12

[12]For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.💕

First thing in the morning 

I will look to the skies 

I will open my heart 

My mouth , 

And cry, unto thee 

Hearken unto me 

As I send a prayer up to thee 

My Most High King 

For you do not take pleasure 

In the wicked and evil things 

There is no evil that dwells with thee

I pray no evil dwells in me 

Remove far from me vanity 

Shut those doors that aren’t meant for me 

Show me the narrow path , 

Light it up make it bright 

So I can follow it to you Most High

For the foolish will not stand in your sight 

You hate all workers of iniquity

May I be a worker of peace 

For I know you hate the bloody 

And deceitful man 

May there be no lie 

In my heart , hands or head 

Let me come to you my Father 

With fear worshiping towards your holy temple 

In your house , is the multitude of mercy 

That for me is undeserving 

But Christ has made me worthy 

So I take on the blessing 

And those that walk in the darkness 

I will pray for them but not be worried 

For I know you will lead me 

Our of this dark world 

Into the light , 

I can have this assurance 

In the morning and when I sleep 

Through the night 

Those of us that trust you 

Let us praise you , 

Let us rejoice and shout for joy 

For you are our defense

In you we can depend ,

Joy is found in your name 

So let us say it when we pray 

Power is found in your Son’s name 

So let us say it when we pray 

For you Ahayah , will bless the righteous 

Like a shield you will compass us 

This we know and this we will pray 

This we will praise
