Psalm 1:3 KJV — And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

I used to be able to take
So much that came my way
But as more seasons came
I’m like a tree with no branches left  to break
And be fore I fall
And all that’s left is a stump
I will bow to my God
I will praise the Lord
Give Him all the honor and all the glory
That belongs to Him
And Christ His Son
I will never fall to fear
I will have joy in every trial
They can burn me down to a stump
But still my heart is on fire
For the Lord
For I am
I’m planted
Though above I seem small
Like I am barely hanging on
All my beauty in my leaves they have fallen
All the fruit that grew
Was picked up
Below my roots
Are as strong as they come
The word it keeps me grounded
The precepts water my soul
The seasons  come
The seasons can go
My branches will break
But I still will be here
Even if it’s just a stump
It’s a stump
Rooted
In The Most High God
And though you can’t see it
For my branches have broken
With seasons
My heart is still in worship
It bows down to the king
That is why I am still standing
For He is not done with me
When it is His time
I will rise and be
An even more beautiful tree
Fruitful , and pleasing
To The Almighty King
Not simply because I want to
But because even when I couldn’t
Physically worship Him
Spiritually I never stopped
I always stayed submitted
To The Most High God
So His waters continued to
Flow through me
And strengthen me
So though my leaves flew away  and  branches fell
I wont completely
I am still standing
They can burn me down
But they can’t take my roots
That I have buried in your truth
My heart is on fire
For the Lord
For I am
I’m planted
Though above I seem small
In you I am strong
Tightly holding on
To your word ,
Yashaya your Son,
Receiving your waters
Of peace and healing
bringing life back to me , for
You see me perfectly
For the tree one day  I will be
If I stay rooted in you
Faithfully
