The Holy Spirit is our Comforter

💕John 14:16-18

[16]And I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that She may abide with you for ever;

[17]Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth her not, neither knoweth her: but ye know her; for she dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

[18]I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

💕John 14:26-27

[26]But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, she shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

[27]Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

💕Lamentations 1:16

[16]For these things I weep; mine eye, mine eye runneth down with water, because the comforter that should relieve my soul is far from me: my children are desolate, because the enemy prevailed.

💕Ecclesiasticus 17:24

[24]But unto them that repent, He granted them return, and comforted those that failed in patience.

[18]Then will she return the straight way unto him, and comfort him, and shew him her secrets.

💕Wisdom of Solomon 8:9

[9]Therefore I purposed to take her to me to live with me, knowing that she would be a counsellor of good things, and a comfort in cares and grief.

💕Acts 9:31

[31]Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit were multiplied.

[26]But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, she shall testify of me And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

💕John 16:7-15

[7]Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send her unto you.

[8]And when she is come, she will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

[9]Of sin, because they believe not on me;

[10]Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

[11]Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

[12]I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

[13]Howbeit when she, the Spirit of truth, is come, she will guide you into all truth: for she shall not speak of herself; but whatsoever she shall hear, that shall she speak: and she will shew you things to come.

[14]she shall glorify me: for she shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

[15]All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that she shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
