Leviticus 23:27 KJV — Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto The Most High God Ahayah .🖤

Father in heaven, 

Most days 

I could be worse

But I want to do better 

I come to you Father 

In the name of your Son 

In this fast 

Don’t hold back 

Please finish 

Don’t stop 

The work you’ve begun 

On my spirit 

On my soul 

On my heart 

I give you control 

Not that you need my permission 

Your will , shall happen 

With or without my obedience 

But I would like to be 

On the righteous side 

Of this 

So to your mighty throne 

I come near 

With humbled fear

Hoping I have a sound 

Within your ear

As atonement begins 

And I repent of my sins 

I have not known 

I also will cry out for those 

I have known 

And any strongholds 

That have been hard for me to let go

I pray that you forgive me 

I don’t deserve it really 

But I know with Christ 

I can be worthy 

But for now let me 

Be afflicted 

On this day of atonement 

Reveal to me please 

Where I have been lacking 

Shine your light 

On the darkest parts of me 

Hold no correction 

Chastisement from me 

Let me be Sober enough 

To see and receive 

So that I can  no longer 

Be ignorant of 

Any wicked thing 

Or presumptuous sin 

Within me 

Remove it 

With violent force 

If need be 

My only desire is 

For you to look inside my 

Heart 

And be pleased 

For I know 

On , 

Most days 

I could be worse

More than better 

I want to be perfect

So  with a contrite heart

And a spirit afflicted 

I come to you Father Ahayah 

In the name of your Son Yashaya 

In this fast 

Don’t hold back 

Please finish
