Psalm 34:14 KJV — Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.💕

Everyday I do my best 

To endure these trials I am in

To walk in the spirit 

Not the flesh 

On my own I can’t do it 

But with You Most High I am able 

To not just depart from evil 

But do good 

Not just seek peace 

But pursue it 

May your seeds of peace

Grow within the heart of me 

So that all that is within me 

Flourishes abundantly 

When I seek to be peaceable 

With all of your people 

For I know I can’t do it on my own 

But with You my Lord 

I can do anything 

It is You who places the goodness in me 

It is You who grants me joy and peace

As the new week begins , and the last week of “sacrifice” devotional poems end. I wanted to share this poem I wrote last night, from now I will be taking Saturdays , to reflect and spend time with family , so I may not always share a poem devotional on that day💕😊 But as I read Psalms 34 yesterday , I loved that Ahayah reminded me that we must not just seek peace but pursue it I pray we continue not pursue peace each day with on another in Yashaya’s name , for that is the daily sacrifice that we make , sacrificing our feelings , and our pride for peace within Christ. I pray we do this for eternal life in Yashaya’s name Ahman 💕
