1 Peter 3:10

For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:


Father help me please
to shut my lips
to pray  much more
to refrain my lips
and sin no more
to close my lips
Unless from them your kindness pours
I’ll help me shut my lips
and pray much more


For not everything has to be said
And not every prayer shall be heard
Not every truth will be understood
It is a gift and wisdom is earned
And I am just grateful that I understand
Even if it’s just a little understanding that I possess
Let me with all my strength
Obedient so that I don’t lose it
And fight in the spirit
And Keep my lips shut
And be compassionate in the flesh
Walking in your love
Especially on the days where I am being triggered
Let me humble myself and pray to you my Father
