Ecclesiasticus 2:1
[1]My son, if thou come to serve the Lord, prepare thy soul for temptation.💙

I’ve set my heart aright
And made up my mind
That I will serve You my Lord
For the rest of my life
But let me never forget
With servitude comes
Temptation
So let me prepare my soul
To cleave unto You my Lord
To genuinely delight in Your word
Cheerfully executing Your law
And I praise You for your wisdom
And discernment
That You giveth
And Your Revelation
That give me the ability to see
The darts of the enemy when He throws it
And see the strongholds I have been holding
That need to be broken
And I know what I am asking for my Lord
When I pray You grow me
In patience
Temperance
And love
They will come
These temptations
But I will use the gifts that You have given
Prayer and Praise as my weapons
In this spiritual war
My Lord ,
That I must fight
Each day I choose to serve You Most High
For gold is tried in the fire
And I will shine in this adversity
I may lose a couple of battles
But Yasha won the war for me
So I will keep walking
Down this narrow road
Fearing only You my King
Hoping for Your mercy
Your everlasting joy
And goodness
Follow after me
And I won’t stop trusting
You Most High
For I
Have
