Beloved , Have you ever read the book of Jonah? I have multiple times. And yet every time I begin the story again , there is a new lesson to be learned from The Most High.
I have always liked the story of Jonah, though many out there will use Jonah as a lesson for consequences of disobedience. It is always a great story for faith too . And how close we all come to presumptuous sin.
Though Jonah tries to flee from The Most High, (which I am sure we all have been guilty of.)When the Lord pursued Jonah , He didn’t make excuses , He repented, praised The Most High from the belly of a fish and was immediately released to do what He had been called to do.
But how many of us, in the mist of our struggles (for which most , we bring upon ourselves ). Do we truly praise the Lord and take FULL responsibility.
I pray more often we seek to do that, Even at our best we still fall short of the glory of heaven. Unless we put on the armor of Christ and walk in His perfection.
Today I read chapter 1 of Jonah and wanted to share some encouragement for those that may be in the belly of a big fish and for those headed there.
🖤Praying for those that are aware , and have become complacent and comfortable. I pray for a movement in your life for you to seek to be out of your situation for you to be challenged and convicted so that you may change your perspective and want to change where you are and seek to be right with the Lord
🖤Praying for those don’t even know they are , I pray for your awareness I pray for your conviction, for light to shine all around you and then through that light you can see the parts of your life you must repent from and how to reconcile yourself back to the Father in heaven. But also for you to see those parts around you, where you have been protected and grace has been provided so you may praise the Lord as Jonah did , from the belly of the fish.
🖤Praying for those that are aware and have done all they can to get out and still sit in the belly . (Listen). Pray , fast, repent , praise. The Most High, who will always give a way to escape often times the way to escape is not the way we want to escape , we would prefer some door to open, but The Father in heaven prepared a window we must climb up to (without a ladder) and fly out of . Or a hole we think is to small for us , but with faith we can do it. Or simply the door is locked to us , but there is someone to help , that the Lord prepared , and we have to humble ourselves and ask for them to open it. If we listen and seek Him we will find Him. Just keep the faith, fast if you must , and don’t give up.
 And those that are still asleep soundly on the ship of the ungodly headed towards the fish.
I pray for your strength to do as Jonah did, and take responsibility when you wake up , for your trespasses and do whatever it takes to make it right with the Lord , even if it means going into the belly of a big fish remember this about Jonah.
Jonah was asleep because His only fear was The Most High. He was content in His life. And obviously loved by The Father in heaven because He pursued Jonah, He chastised Jonah, and prepared Him for His calling. By being a testimony on the ship he was preparing for Nineveh.Â
YES, he was disobedient and he did flee. But ALSO yes, He chose to be thrown into the sea rather than be a hindrance for those around him, he didn’t deny the storm was his fault , he didn’t act like he wasn’t a Hebrew or man of The Most High, even in His disobedience, The Most High used Jonah to bring those on the ship in the truth, because of Jonahs testimony of faith and humility.
The ungodly men still even showed Jonah compassion. But the Lord’s plans will always prevail, and Jonah was meant to be thrown into the sea, and meant to spend those days in the big fish to strengthen his faith in The Most High.
     And He was……..
And I pray we will be too no matter which season of life we are in.
Beloveds, I pray for us all to have mercy on all people and to walk in fervent faith of Christ /Yashaya. I pray for us to take responsibility for our own actions and repent before it is too late and change our ways such as the men on the ship, Jonah and Nineveh. And to remember it is better to be in a storm , or even the belly of a fish than it is to be without The Most High pursuing and chastising us at all.
It is better to have a journey like Jonah, than for the Lord to leave us like He did , the first anointed King Saul.
And even with the end that Saul had. He still did much greater things with His faith than most of us today.
Let us listen to The Most High , intently ONLY seeking His will for our lives. Submitting to His plans for our life. Knowing He has all things prepared for us blessings and lessons , just like the fish. But all things He prepares is to perfect our faith in Him. So let us be perfected.
So let us be brave, courageous and walk obediently, cheerfully, diligently and Most of All.
Faithfully,
  💙Faithfull Writer.
