Ecclesiasticus 10:10
[10]The physician cutteth off a long disease; and he that is to day a king to morrow shall die.💕

New year
New start
New  Heart
Same God
Same flesh
Same lusts
But this year I will overcome
Because I am not doing this alone
I have come to the physician
And this year I am in an extensive surgery
And it requires I show up  daily
As He cutteth  off a long disease
Full of infectious iniquities ,
And no I am not King
And no I am not queen
Just a servent ,
Living faithfully
I don’t deserve this open heart surgery
But Christ paid the cost for me
So I signed up for it immediately
And through this process
I will be new and transformed
I may not recognize some of myself
As I become more of my Lord ,
This spiritual surgery
It is painful, but brings me peace
For I have become allergic to
The things that once used to please me
I can no longer stomach pride
I can no longer hold down selfishness and unforgivenness
Anger has no place in this heart of me
For the Holy Spirit,  the head  nurse packs it with
The fruits of the spirit daily
Today may be the last day
That I can serve and praise
So I won’t miss the opportunity
To come to The Most High King
For the outpatient surgery
And I look forward to the healing
To the purifying and the cleansing
I look forward to the new me
This new year
New start
Same God
New heart
Dead flesh
Submissive  Spirit
As I take my daily medicine
(Precepts)
Knowing I can not live without them
But with them I can not only live
Butl abundantly
Zealously
And Faithfully
