I give thanks unto You Most High God
I sing praises unto You my Most High God
For we can’t stop
The storms from blowing
We can’t stop the time
From going
But we can use our liberty
To worship You our King
And trust You
Not leaning  on our  own understanding
Fueling our joy
Increasing  our peace


For it is a good thing
to lift our voices and sing
to the Almighty King
Let us all come on one accord
Singing praises unto the Lord
Ahayah, Oh Most High , our God





We can’t stop life
From transitioning
There is pain
There is suffering
But there is also grace
There is also healing
There is war
There is death
Battles of the flesh
Verses the spirit
But there is also heaven
There is comfort for those
That mourn and weep
Strength for the weak
There is joy beyond all reason
And a peace that is perfect
Through Christ
Light and love
Through Your precepts
And fellowship
And there is rest
On the Sabbath


For it is a good thing
to lift our voices and sing
to the Almighty King
Let us all come on one accord
Singing praises unto the Lord
Ahayah, Oh Most High , our God




And it doesn’t matter how
Our week went
Or even today how it is
The Sabbath remains
The same
The same day
The same time
The same way
The same Ahlahayam
Will Guide us 
As we put in  You our trust
As You  replenish us
Restore us
Renew us
For we can’t stop the changes
And seasons in this life
But we can change our perspective
We can cleave to You Most High
And be not afraid to mourn
For You  Lord know our heart
And it is in our weakness
YOU  can be the Most Strong
And provide Your comfort
Through Your  Spirit
Especially on this sabbath,
And also be be courageous 
And brave
To walk in fervent faith
Sharing  Your truth  with no shame
With our libery
That’s why my prayers are  without cease
Knowing it is a good thing
To give unto You my Lord
Thanksgivings
And to sing praises unto thy name
Oh Most High King
Zealously
Humbly
Prayerfully for
Eternity
Faithfully

For it is a good thing
