In this fire 

So I rest through the fire 

I sleep in the rain 

I dance through the trials 

And I smile with the pain

Cuz I find rest

 inside your merciful hands

 for whenever I ask you provide 

For my heart and  your heart align

Through my faith  and your son Christ 

And I would fight for you ,

you know I’d die for you

 but the hardest thing to do 

is live for you

In this fire

through this rain 

in these trials

 through the pain 

I know I’ve had better days

search my heart 

What does it say 

Ahba

I want to keep fighting 

and walking by faith 

 but today

It really aches

It’s really hot all the flames 

But Your  Kingdom is my endgame 

So where I have fallen,  I will not lay

Nor  drown in the rain

But repent and return unto You 

Walking in Spirit  and truth

Enduring  whatever comes my way

Never ceasing to pray

And  praise 

As I press forward in the flames

Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Yashaya Christ 

And I won’t ask you to stop the war

 I know battles can’t be put on hold 

The devil will always be at my door 

Because I will always be before your throne 

But I won’t let him in

For around  me is a fortress

Built with Your precepts

 And in your good works that im doing 

 I won’t  let myself grow weary 

With  any pressure I am feeling 

I will fight the anxiety 

With prayer as I  come to You  my king 

On Your  word meditating

So while the fire surrounds me 

You cover me with your wings 

While every tear of mine  You stay holding 

Filling  me with your peace 

 replenishing me 

For You are My strength when I am weak

So unto You I will always cleave

Knowing the closer I get to thee

The more darts come for me 

But in the darkness You are hiding 

And in the flames Your Son waits for me

To lead me 

To a rest from this fire 

 And a sweet  sleep in this rain 

I have  to dance through these trials 

And I’ll always smile through the pain

 because Christ is the gain 

So I will take upon your strength

As I pray and  praise 

 singing songs of Thanksgiving always

 for this peace and joy that you give 

No one can take away

That  in me will always  remain 

As long as I walk by Faith 

in this fire 

As  I sleep 

even in the trials and temptations

 that stay coming

For the war won’t stop for me 

But neither will  You stop fighting  for me 

And providing  for me 

 that’s why I smile
