Cut out the pain
Cut all anxiety
Cut  out the shame

Cut the bitterness
The ignorance , the hate

At the LEAST I pray
For the cutting of
My 💜 today

And please leave in its place

peace, longsuffering
, gentleness, goodness,
Meekness, temperance,
Hope joy Faith
Love mercy grace

Yes I pray
These fill in every space
That remains

Galatians 5:24-25
And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.


Because with zealous intention
Today, my flesh will be crucified
With the lusts and affections
That with you dont align
Father in heaven
As I dont  just live in the spirit
But walk in the spirit
Prayer by prayer
Praise by praise
Precept by precept
And endure until the end
Thats why
