Genesis 15:1 —
After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.

Oh

Has he ever come to You
In the middle of the   night
Has he  ever told You to believe
In something
You couldn’t  even see with Your mind
Remember  this line

Oh

Fear not
I am thy shield
Thy exceeding great reward
Says The Most High God

Do you ever feel
Inadequate,  for what  hes calling  you  to do
And You want to quit
Because You believe  theres someone better for it
But who  is better  than who  He has chosen

Oh

And even when you did it
You were brave and courageous
He still  called to do more
To give more
Even the very thing you may have prayed  for
So that He could give you something better
Tangible doesnt last forever
But obedience to the Father
Is better than sacrifice
You may not understand  His plans
But I pray You trust His mind

Have faith
That works
A Faith
That is more
Than words
For faith  is action
Faith is a verb
And with a mustard seed of faith
A heart can be full

So full ….
that fear
Can not come near

Because the Lord
Is my  shield

And great will my reward be
From the Lord
Oh

For obedience to You Father is better than
Sacrifice
So I walk  by  Faith not by sight
And fear not
As I walk  in this light
Executing Your  commands
Meditating on Your precepts
Keeping Your ordinances
For that Father in heaven
Is how I will be
Blessed enough  for You to wake me
In the middle of the night
Call me
Establish me
Strengthen me
So that
Even when I dont believe in me
I can believe  in the God
Who made me
Called me and chose  me
So let me be
obedient
Like  my forefather
Abraham
