Annoint my head (check)
Determine my heart (check)
Prepare to afflict my soul and do no servile work

Bible next to me , word inside of me , journal for journaling (check)
Songs for reflection that will definitely convict me

This is what I do before I come to your throne
To atone
For those sins of mine
Is your law and  commandments fill my mind
In my heart Yasha shines His light
The day as I
Pray then, after I atone I am better than before
Think you make me better than before
Praising you my Lord
For this day to atone
This wholely convocation that we celebrate as a sabbath
A day of rest
But also affliction
As we lay down before You Lord
The only sacrifice You want
A broken Spirit and a contrite heart
Yadah Ahayah I got that (check)
As I kneel before Your throne
In my prayer room alone
On this day You have made for us
Set aside for us
To atone
Before You my Lord
As we repent now
And praise You
